Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to return it. It must be postmarked by the 30th day after your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and sewing not started, with all pieces of the kit returned, and in its original packaging. Please include the packing slip or order confirmation in your return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Issues upon receipt
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you received the wrong item or any pieces are missing.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products such as samples, prototypes, final sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unsewn, and all pieces returned in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
